Take a Seat but Don't Take a Chair

A gazebo with wooden chairs beckons the weary wanderer, inviting them to take a seat, in a quiet part of downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. However, as the chains would suggest, please don't take the chairs with you when you're ready to leave. One would think that this has been a problem in the past....
